what is a triathlon

A Triathlon has different sports, swim, bike and run. The rules are... don’t ride your bike in transition because if you do you will be stopped for 10 seconds.

You must make sure  you train for the event as you need to be as fit as you can be. If you ride on the bike in the transition area you will be stopped for 10 seconds.
